I am sure you would agree, there is no other food that is more comforting or soothing than Chocolate. We all have those times when we let down our guard and indulge ourselves with a little taste of heaven. These treats don't occur everyday but every once in a while you need to pamper yourself and allow yourself to be spoiled!

Royal Hot Chocolate

• 2 bars unsweetened chocolate, broken into pieces
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed Milk
• 4 cups boiling water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Dash of salt

Instructions:

Melt chocolate over a low heat in a saucepan. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Add water slowly, stirring until well blended. Stir in vanilla and salt. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon. Serve immediately.

Mocha Shake

• ¼ c warm water
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 – 2 tsp powdered instant coffee
• ½ c milk
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

In a blender place water, cocoa, sugar and instant coffee. Blend briefly on low speed. Add milk and blend well on high speed until thoroughly blended. Add ice cream and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Chocolate Smoothie

• ½ c cocoa
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 3 Tbsp warm water
• 1 banana, peeled and sliced
• 1 1/2c cups milk
• 2 cups frozen yogurt

Instructions:

In a small bowl, stir cocoa and sugar. Add water and stir until well blended. In blender, place banana and cocoa mixture, blend until smooth. Add milk and frozen yogurt. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately
