Dinner Time should be a time when family come together. Where you can share in discussion about each others day, listen to the little one's express their excitement of the things they achieved today, etc. Whatever works best for your family.

Here are a few easy recipes that only require 4-ingredients and a dash of love that will please your family and make dinner time a little more hassle free for you.

Chicken Supper

5 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

5 Slices of onion

5 Potatoes, Peeled and Quatered

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Cream of Celery Soup

Place chicken breast in a 9x13 inch greased baking dish.

Top chicken with onion slices. Place Potatoes around Chicken.

Heat soup with 1/4 cup water just enough to be able to pour the soup over chicken and vegetables.

Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1hour and 10minutes.

Wild Rice and Chicken

1 (6.2 ounce) package long grain and wild rice mix

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

4 tbsp margarine, divided

1 large red pepper, chopped

Prepare rice according to package directions.

In a large skillet cook chicken in 2tbsp of the margarine, brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken and Keep warm.

Add remaining margarine to drippings in pan, Saute red Pepper until tender. Add the rice and serve with cooked chicken breast.

Pork-Potato Chops

6 boneless or loin pork chops, seasoned with salt and pepper

1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth

2 (1 ounce) package dry onion gravy mix

4 red potatoes, sliced

Brown Pork Chops in a large skillet.

Combine chicken broth and gravy mix. Place potatoes with pork chops and pour gravy mix over the chicken and pork chops.

Heat to boiling, Cover and Simmer about 45 minutes or until the pork chops and potatoes are tender.

Philly Potatoes

4 1/2 cups pepared mashed potatoes

2 tbsp freeze dried chives

1 (8 ounce pkg) cream cheese, softened

1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients, blending well. Place in a greased 3-quart casserole dish

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes

My husband and I loved pork-potato chops. We will defintiely have it again.
