64Want to get on an easy muscle building workout program? Most people who are looking to build muscle quickly don`t want to spend months waiting for results to happen. Instead, they are looking to see the scale start increasing, see their muscle size getting larger, and notice that each week they are able to add more weight to the bar.
But, is this realistic? Is easy muscle building actually possible - or does it require a certain amount of patience?
The truth is that while you can only build so much muscle at once - since the body has physical limitations for how much it can add, there are definitely certain things that you can do that will increase the amount of muscle you see developing.

Frequency Needs To Be High
The most effective way to build muscle is going to be to stimulate the muscle fibers at the highest frequency possible. So for example, rather than working chest only on Monday, you’re better off working chest two or even three days a week.
Studies have suggested that muscle will grow much faster when stimulated a high number of times, provided of course that it is also given enough rest during that time.
Full Body Workouts Are In
Now, due to this frequency fact, you must keep in mind that for this to happen, you’re going to have to combine muscle groups together. What better way to do that than a full body workout?
Full body workouts are great if you are looking for easy muscle building because of the fact they will work all the muscle fibers in the entire body in a single session. This then will stimulate the greatest testosterone release, really helping increase the lean muscle mass you build.
You should be performing your full body workouts three times a week, typically on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday type of set-up.
Isolation Exercises Are Out
Finally, since full body workouts are going to demand that you work such a large number of muscle groups, that means you’re going to have little or no room for isolation exercises.
In order to experience easy muscle building you’re better off cutting these out anyway due to the fact they aren’t going to release that much testosterone, they aren’t going to work many muscles, and they just won’t give you the best results for the time you spend doing them.
Instead, focus around core exercises like bench press, rows, squads, deadlifts, and the military press. These will be much more effective and get you the results you are looking for.
So be sure you’re not overlooking any of these aspects. To do so would be severely hindering your progress.
