Serving Chicken Soup
I like to serve mine with Vermicelli, boiled in a seperate pan with a chicken stock cube for 3-4 minutes. Drain then add to a bowl of the chicken soup.
Tip: Don't add the Vermicelli to the soup in the pan or it will go soft and make the soup thicker.
Another tip is to use a good quality stock cube.
This Chicken Soup is so easy to make, and definitely worth trying. Any pieces of chicken can be used for this recipe, though for a full hearty flavour, I would recommend that pieces with bone be used for the extra flavour. The bones infuse the soup with a rich chicken flavour that isn't quite apparent when using just chicken breasts.
This soup can easily be frozen and re-heated.

Hi,
Sounds wonderful! I don't know if that brand is sold where I live, but I'll look. A great recipe for what ails you, also nice in the fall/winter weather! Growing up, my grandmother made her soup the whole meal, it had everything in it, and served it with her homemade bread,,,yummy!
Thanks for sharing,
Trish
