Focus More On Diet 

Next, you should also spend more time focusing on the diet aspect of your workout program. Diet will be absolutely key to your results, in fact, I'd almost go as far to say that someone who is not following a proper fat loss diet will not get six pack abs - apart from maybe the few genetically blessed individuals who really have no problem getting six pack abs without any effort. 

Reduce Stress As Best As Possible 

Third, make sure you're taking steps to reduce your stress level.  This is also important because the higher your stress levels, the more cortisol you're going to secrete in the body, which then can promote abdominal body fat accumulation.  

Find something that you can do regularly that will really help reduce stress levels and then do that as often as possible.  Some forms of stress you will not be able to control unfortunately, but doing whatever you can to take control of the areas you can control will go a long way towards getting you the results you're looking for.
