First, you must consider the food that you are partaking. Do not eat what you can't burn in your body later. Watch out on your diet. Chew your food and avoid gulping it all at once. Set exact times in a day when you want to eat your meals even if it is five or two meals.
Make it a habit to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Reduce your alcohol and soda intake as these beverages contain fat-causing sugars. Water helps greatly in your digestion as well as reduce bloating and burn fat. The moment you feel thirsty, do not deprive yourself from drinking water.
