An Easy Weight Loss Method That Works?
46Is there an easy weight loss method that works? I think that all depends on your definition of easy. If you go to dictionary.com and do a search for the definition, here is the first result; 1. not hard or difficult; requiring no great labor or effort. Now I don't know if this is the first time that you've looked into losing weight, but if you think that you can do it with NO labor or effort, than I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you are in for a rude awakening. Notice that the definition says no "GREAT" labor or effort. It will require "SOME" labor and effort. That I can guarantee you.
Now if there is anyone left, still reading this, there are ways to make weight loss EASIER. And the first thing you need to have is a positive attitude that you can do it and that you will do whatever it takes to make it happen. The next thing you will need is time. Time to workout or exercise or walk or whatever you plan to do to burn off the excess calories your body has stored on your physique causing you to be reading this right now. Whether you'll admit it or not, it took time to accumulate those excess calories, AND it will take time to get rid of them. Don't let that scare you off. The time is going to pass anyway. You might as well put it to good use. Just think... if fat cells were money, you'd be rich! Now its time to spend those calories!
How can we (you) make weight loss easier? Here's the first question I want you to ask yourself. What is your favorite exercise? And don't say you don't have one. (lol) Some of you may know the answer right away. Others will have to think about it. If you truly don't know the answer, go to the gym and experiment with as many different exercises as you can and observe how you feel about each of them. Why is this so important in making weight loss easier? Well... think about it. Would you rather do something that you hate to do, or something that you like to do? Once you can identify which exercise out of all of the different exercises you have ever done and can say to yourself this is my favorite exercise, you've just set yourself up to make losing weight easier!
Have you ever had a favorite "anything" and not had a positive feeling about it? Go ahead. Try to think of something that you can say "this is my favorite ______" and fill in the blank. Do you see what I mean. Okay what else can we (you) do to make weight loss easier? Well try to carry this step as far as you can. What do I mean by that? Think of what were some of the other exercises that, although they aren't your favorite, they may be in a group of 3 or 5 or 10 that you could say to yourself... this is "ONE OF" my favorite exercises. See, now you are beginning to think like a fit person. This is how a person who is fit "thinks" about exercise. And in case you didn't know it, allow me to be the first to tell you that your thinking controls your life.
