What to Do With the Leftovers?

Too much turkey love in your life these day? I have been there my friend! I am there now in fact. As I write this it is the day after Thanksgiving,  Already the leftovers are losing their appeal.

On the other hand I do not want to waste the effort I put into cooking this stuff. What now?

Take your turkey and chop it up, it does not have to be too fine. About four cups worth. Add in a couple of cups of stuffing (2-3), crumbled well. Add a package of broccoli, I suggest the steam in the bag kind for ease of use.

In a large cooking pan combine the turkey, stuffing, and broccoli (or green beans could work if you have any of them left over), add a can of cream of chicken soup, a quarter cup of milk, and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for about thirty minutes.

Since most of your ingredients are already cooked this should be enough time to heat them well. Depending on your individual tastes you can top with the cheese of your choice in the last five minutes of baking.

Let it stand for a five minutes or so and serve. Enjoy!
