I know you may find this hard to understand but I am going to try and help you see how this works. It has been studied and scientists say that eating more fatty foods can be better for you that eating less fat. This means you have to eat more carbohydrates. However, you need to try and eat healthier carbs, such as wheat breads, whole grain rice and potatoes.

Why not just eat more fat and exercise more often to lose weight? Did you know that the human body needs fat to function properly? Your body runs off so much fat, so much water, and so many carbohydrates. So, without eating fat your body has nothing to fight against. Eating fat causes you to be able to lose more weight. Another part of this circle is to exercise. Exercising will help your body be able to burn all that fat so much faster when you eat fat to burn fat. Do some of the following exercises to help you be able to burn it away. You can do simple things like walking, running, hiking and if you have the time go to the gym. These are all ways to help you when you eat fat to burn fat so you are able lose weight. When you are working out you are not going to want to over do it. Simply work out for a certain amount of time a day and then take a break.
