There are millions of T-shirts sold in the world and a lot of them have either spiritual, serious, loving, and crazy sayings on them. I enjoy the serious and the loving ones but my all time favorite t-shirts to read are the ones with the funny remarks such as: “Careful or you’ll end up in my novel.” I own this shirt as well as a shirt that is very true for us women: “It’s Hard To Be A Woman One must think like a man, Behave like a lady, Look like a young girl, and work like a horse.” I have gotten many remarks on both of these shirts, some remarks saying how true the second saying is and other funny comments about the first shirt saying. A lot of guys come up to me for the “Careful or you’ll end up in my novel” shirt, and quite a few are just stupid when they make comments like for instance when I went to the fair out here in CA, was known as the Del Mar Fair but they changed it again, and this guy asks me “What if I don’t want to be in your novel?” My husband and I just laughed and walked away while I looked at my husband and mutter, ‘idiot.’ Another man and his wife were shopping at Henry’s where my husband and I were shopping and he caught sight of my shirt. He told his wife to read the shirt and asked if I am a writer which of course I said yes to. His next remark made me laugh the hardest! He looked ad his wife and said, “Well then I guess I’ll behave myself for once.” I liked him, he was funny!

It is fun to walk around the mall or store or anywhere wearing these types of shirts just to get reactions or to see if people really do read your shirt. “My Operating System Supports Dirty Martinis.” “I’m My Own Arm Candy” “Danger: 200 words per minute with gusts of up to 300!” “International Channel Surfing Team.”  "Eat Your Heart Out, You Couldn't Had All This"

And the best part is that you can find these types of shirts anywhere online or in magazines or even sometimes in the store, and they always have a shirt that speaks volumes to you OR about you. So why not get them and wear them around proudly? They are meant to be in fun and if some people do get offended then let them. They just don’t have your amusing sense of humor or your great tastes in T-shirt sayings. I laugh whenever I see shirts on men, women, and even children and babies that have a great saying. And I definitely don’t take offense to any of it knowing that that is their sense of humor and it’s all for the fun of it.
