VENDIO has a store front and it is FREE for the basic functionality. You can also join Vendio if you want to create, schedule and manage EBAY auctions. It's free for now but they expect to charge for the ebay service starting in Jan 2010.

Buy It Sell It or BISI  is another site where you can create a store front.  I have set up a store there for FREE(For your first 10 items).  It was very easy to set up.  They have lots of features as well.  I would recommend them.

AUCTIVA COMMERCE launched their pilot stores on Jan 20th. If you are like me, you hate the high fees for listing and selling items. Well Auctiva is not free, but they have realistically priced themselves to quickly become a major force in the market place. To own your own store the fee is around $10 per month. Auctiva stores have lots of functionality and they continue to add more enhancement. The forums have several experts there to support you as you create and customize your store. Their help function is also very good as are their tutorials. Auctiva also has some very good templates. You can accept payment from paypal and other sources but be prepared to spend a little time and effort to set up your payment types.
