Economy Beyond Globalization
58Economy Beyond Globalization
The global growth bereft some billion people under poverty forecastes industrial and technical development for the boosting economic reforms and policies. The underscoring of this undermined poverty has not been given a due consideration in the economic structure but prevailed dominantly under social reforms giving economy a secondary relevance true to the best of its efforts.
The contention here is of social and economic policies of conflicting and contrasting features for the bottomline poverty in the expanding globalization. The most important question here is whether globalization is capable of combating poverty and marginalizing it to an extent in the strong political view of social and economic reforms. The disparity here shows a plutocracy toward development, an ultra vires for the poorest of poors.
Pace of development has always been contemporary with the statistics governing growth and reforms but the statistics for the socio-economic reforms has been far more unsatisfactory.
Credit, recession, interests, policies, outsourcing etc. is a part of global economy but it could not be part of economy beyond globalization which has a more penchant of social factors of literacy, education, employment and last but not the least the poverty of narrow-mindedness.
The idea comes up with the convincing power of involving those billions under the roof of socio-economic condition for a major global growth. This can be compared to one of the answers that came from Miss India Contest 2007 in which the question asked to the contestants was “how can you convince a rural woman to take part in Miss India contest”? There were a lot of answers for this question but the most suited answer for this came from Sarah Jane which was “If I have to convince a rural woman to take part in Miss India contest then I will first of all tell her that she has the every right to take part in this contest. The improvement she can bring in her village by taking part and winning the contest would be a milestone”.
This is the social refinement and one can not deny this particular area as it follows a quid pro quo globalizing concept but the economy beyond globalization hides the strong notion of convincing achievement. But under socio-economic, not the social and economic condition which is the paradox of a billion people for the coming age economic arena of the development, a real credit policy is applied for broadening social and economic welfare which is very much part of our economy and globalization.
