I love checking out what Hollywood celebs are wearing on ordinary days. We all know that there are the usual jeans, shirts and the ubiquitous sneakers and flip flops. One design that caught my eye was the artsy shirt with elaborate designs worn by Madonna. The front print says Ed Hardy. And so I wasted no time and started googling the Ed Hardy brand.

Ed Hardy is a tattoo icon. He’s like the godfather of tattoo artists. Madonna’s shirt, however, is under the label of Christian Audigier. He’s a French fashion designer with a huge Hollywood celebrity following and he has the exclusive rights to distribute Ed Hardy’s tattoo designs in various products. The Ed Hardy line include clothing, accessories, swim wear, caps and the most exciting of all for me - fragrances!

There are currently four perfumes under the Ed Hardy collection:

Ed Hardy Perfume for Women

Ed Hardy Cologne for Men

Ed Hardy Love and Luck for Women

Ed Hardy Love and Luck Cologne for Men

The Ed Hardy fragrances are sweet floral-fruity fragrances. Even the men’s colognes are sweet-smelling. Imagine fruits, flowers, vanilla and spice combined in one beautiful scent. It’s a gourmand kind of scent that’s yummy enough to eat.

My personal favorite is the Ed Hardy Love and Luck Perfume. It has a distinct scent unlike my other perfumes. It’s probably the Japanese sake wine essential oil that’s added to the fragrance. I love the cotton-candy sweetness that develops into a delicious musky-vanilla dry down. It’s a fun fragrance and full of energy. The perfume bottle is another plus. It features geisha art on an off-white background.

The Ed Hardy perfumes are designed for the young generation. I love its vibrant aroma. It’s uplifting and never fails to put a smile on my face. This is my party perfume.
