Effective Way To Lose Weight

I wrote this article because someone requested me to write an article on what is an effective way to lose weight.

Like most girls I was overweight when I was young, a lot of people where telling me when I was in grade school that I'm pretty if I am not fat. So when I graduated from high school I told myself enough of being fat and I will going to lose weight and keep it. So I made myself ready and after a few days I started to exercise, since I've read in some books that exercise is the best and safest way to lose weight. I've been exercising regularly since I'm 18yo. and with regular exercise I'm able to keep my desired weight, yes I do gain weight sometimes, but I can easily lose it also, by increasing the length of my exercise time and not by reducing my food intake. It is important to say that I don't do any form of diets nor drink any diet pills, I still eat what I want, but in moderation. So everyday I schedule a certain time for my exercise. I do it 30 to 50 minutes a day.

I'm sure you want to know what kind of exercise is the best. I assume everybody who wants to lose weight has their problem area on his or her abs. The best exercise here is biking, as for me I prefer using stationary bike, while I'm watching T.V. I do this 30 minutes a day, It's up to you if you want to increase the resistant or not. As for me I don't since if I increase the resistant I will easily get tired and bored from doing it. I just keep on biking until my favorite soap finish. In using stationary bike I lose 2inches off my waist in 2months and I develop a line on my abs after about 5months.

Stretching exercise is another exercise that I do to increase my flexibility, get a yoga mat and while watching T.V or listening to your favorite music, do some floor exercise and stretching, this will tone your muscle and improve your flexibility.

Always stand tall and keep your back straight, this will also help tighten your belly and tone your butt.

Do some breathing exercise even for at least 5 minutes 2x a day, it will not only energize you to do your daily exercise, it will even be beneficial to help remove your tension.

The next tip is to drink plenty of water, when you exercise and even if you don't, your body needs water to help flush toxins and fats. When our body is free from toxin, your metabolism will become faster and losing weight will also be faster.

One exercise machine that I recommended if you want everything done in one time is timeworks fx, use it 10-15minutes a day and you will surely see the difference in 2months.

Remember dieting is not an answer to losing weight. Regular Exercise is the real key to lose weight. When you exercise regularly your muscle will be develop and when you have muscle in your body, your metabolism will become faster, so even if you eat a lot, your muscle will continuously burn it. On the other hand if you just diet, your metabolism will become slower, so when you decide to eat a lot again even just for a few days your body will not be able to burn all the fats from that food since you have a slow metabolism, therefore you will easily become fat again.

is it true that drinking cold water will make your tommy big????

I read somewhere that when you eat greasy or oily foods and drink cold water it only makes the greasy /oils solid or hardened. That's why hot tea or something warm will be better because the greasy food can pass through without making your tummy big.
