Encyclical on World Good Will

El Morya's Encyclical on World Good Will, was originally copyrighted in1963 and is therefore at least 45 years old and unknown to many. It is still relevant and practical in the 21^st Century with recommendations of how to achieve world unity between humanity.

This encyclical -- the word means a letter -- in this case a letter from the Chief of the Darjeeling Council. It contains nothing less than El Morya's and the Darjeeling Council’s recommendations and deliberations on how to achieve world peace and create a golden age civilization
