18.  demonstrably there throughout the process of the installation?

19.  be available to answer ongoing queries?

20.  be accountable for the installation after the completion?

 

21.  Always ask for the installer to provide testimonials and photographs / proof of work they have carried out.

 

22.  It is always worth seeing if a maintenance and servicing option is available for after the installation.

 

23.  It is also important to ask about what brand of equipment is being used to see if it is reputable or not, what the country of origin is and if there is more information available like the specifications of equipment.
