UPDATE: Hey, guys... I wanna go to Las Vegas and listen to opera and watch a fat guy cry for an hour.... NOT... I WANT ELI MATTSON!!!!!! F*n Gay. Eli should have taken it. I'm watching for Eli's CD, fo sure :) Eli wins in my book.
I have only been glued to the television a handful of times in my life: the day Princess Diana was killed in a car accident, the morning of September 11, 2001, and the night I appeared on TLC's Miami Ink, but there is an adhesive called ELI MATTSON that keeps my eyes on the television screen and fills my entire being with awe.
Eli Mattson has got to be the greatest, most soulful singer on the planet, and the world is only just getting to know him.
Featured as a finalist on the popular show America's Got Talent, Eli floors his audience with an incredible voice and beautiful piano stylings. His talent is more than just entertainment, it's hypnosis.
The man is smoldering hot, and I'm not just talking about his music. Eli has a wonderful sense of style and an amazingly attractive face. His grin would make any woman ovulate. Women want him and men want to be him. Looking at the faces in the audience when he sings, you know it's true.
Although extremely talented, Eli embraces humility and America can relate to the hard road he has traveled to get where he is today.
Now, I don't go to concerts (aside from Big Bad Voodoo Daddy... twice), but I would hand over my hard-earned mortician money in exchange for a front row seat at one of Eli Mattson's performances so I could experience his soul-jolting art up close.
Now addicted to reality TV because of this show, I have watched and adored Eli from the beginning. He has been my #1 pick this entire season, and I know that masses of viewers feel the same way.
I hope Eli Mattson wins the competition. If he keeps bearing his soul through his gorgeous vocalizations, he will win the competition.
Way to go, Eli. Keep up the great work. You are in for the ride of your life and America is going with you. You are talent, Eli. You are America.

he is so hot and what a beautiful voice. i have not had much interest in AGT, but will watch just to see and hear him. i have some in my office hooked too. what a true, true talent.
When you are a part of something for so long you start to make close relationships with the people your involved with. To be in the show with so many people for so long, staying in the same hotel, and spending day in and day out, you start to care for your competetors. I doubt that Eli and Sara "Hooked up" He is a very kind hearted person, and has a lot of compassion for his friends an family. Sara happened to become a friend and could relate if he was in her shoes. Its hard to see a friend get rejected from something they worked so hard for, reguardless of competion.
He is fantastic!! He is like a mix of Billy Joel, Marc Cohn, and Elton John - love to listen to him!! He is easy on the eyes as well......
I have voted the max allowed for him every time!!
The first time I heard Eli sing on AGT I said he would be the winner. He is awesome. We have 3 cell phones and a home phone and they were all used to vote for him!

i loved eli from the very beginning as well...he was by far the most talented on the show and i feel he got slighted in the outcome!! but i truly think we will be seeing and hearing that young man for a long time to come!! while the winner was talented as well...i must completely agree with the comment about going to see him in vegas and him crying for an hour!! dry it up already!!! lol

I love Eli, and have been following him ever since I heard "Walking in Memphis". He has so much feeling and heart in his music, I can't take my eyes off him. I voted as much as I could for him, and i would be planning a trip to Vegas right now to see him if he won. I'm disappointed at the outcome. I hope he keeps going, because I will follow, and I definitely would pay to see him in person. Keep it up Eli!!!!! You're the best in a real long time.
Oh my gosh, he is SO cute and what an awesome voice- it makes me cry when I hear him sing, it is so moving. I have never watched AGT much, just saw the last couple of episodes. but right away was so impressed with Eli.
Who in the hell is going to go to Las Vegas and pay big bucks to listen to an Opera singer? Has the majority of Americans lost it completely. I'd be willing to bet after a performance or two, the casino will pay Neal Boyd for his contract and tell him never to come back and then they'd be smart to sign Eli and actually fill the house.
OMG I think that Eli is amazing! He grew up going to a school not too far from mine. To finally hear that someone famous came from our area is AMAZING! Eli should have won. We met his family rooting him on and he preformed a free concert a a local school i love him!

"I can't believe what I read about House Of Michael Tattooing. Matt, Andrea, Joe and I fix tattoos from there constantly. Edward Chambers has been fired from 5 shops in GR. Jeff from Pain for Sale opened a shop in Greenville MI.for him and Ed got caught counter fitting $20's for his crack habit at the shop and went back to prison. When he got out Jeff tryed helping him again and he stoled Jeff's wife and got her hooked on crack. I have refused to give Ed a job although he use to call once every other week for a year looking for one and he wouldn't take a hint. Now he works at "we'll do your tattoos for $5 so we can leave work and get some crack". We (Sara - Off the Wall, Kaz - Ex ink, Patrick - Liquid City, Bob - Intrerquite Decore, myself and every other guest peircer we have had) have seen over 100 crooked peircings from there and coutless messed up tattoos. All of us at the shop did get a good chuckle out of the tattoo he did on ya and the praise your giving it. Its not that bad, but there's definately 40 artists just in GR alone that would have done it better. They have just paased an ordinace with the help of such great shops as Splash of Color and Eternal Tattoos to close shops like his. I would recommend ya go to Magnum, Laughing Gremlins, X Ink, Mos Eisleys, GR Body, Off the Wall, Ace Tattoos, Love Tattoos any time. Hell, even Pain for Sale tattoos to see T Bone, but House Of Michael Tattooing and Edward Chambers. You really don't hear the rumors floating around GR about that shop and how pissed everyone in the tattoo industry is about them being hacks and doing $25 tattoos to support their drug habits? We are all just waiting for Ed to fuck up again and end up back in prison for the 4th time. I still can't believe ya let a dude that learned how to tattoo in prison work on you. Remember Eli, tattoos are forever. I bet ya did make that crack heads day though. people like Ed is why tattoo artists can't shake the stereotypes and the reason so many really good tattoo artists are packing up and quiting the industy.

yes they do talk quite a bit of trash---funny though---this was actually sent by a street shop who are pretty much out of the tattoo loop here in gr---haters who play childs games---eli got a kick out of it and we spoke about about this person in great length----kids will be kids---dont they know how awfull it makes themselfs appear to whine and snivle?????? here at house of michael we keep all of the above mentioned studios as friends and do recomend these places often --these are great studios ----not many others---anyway elis backpiece is looking great and im looking forward to my next trip to cali------peace.
wow!!!!!jason you got some nerve.ive been to house of michael and recieved the best tattoo ever.ed is a great artist and i travled 800 miles to get inked by him.ill be back in april to finish my piece.i met hollywood undead there and they rocked the house!not bad for a crack head.ed told me about the street shop who was bashing him.shame.just a shame.ive told all i know about this other place who are so pitifull they wish they had eds talant.a bunch of bums i think.i do agree they are poor sad children who play web games and wish they were on eds level-my tattoos rock!!!!!!!!!!!
YA im a artist at house of michael tattooing and as far as i see it the person who wrote this comment is the same person who broke the shop windows a few days ago then cried like little girls when they got confronted and they know who they are we have had a talk and we know the truth as for ed he dont use drugs and he was one of the only people who would give me a chance in the tattoo world and i am doing good clean tattoos with eds help and have a great client base now anyone who wants to view the work that house of michael check out the my space and make your own mind up lots of luck to the haters time tells all and if the person who posted this was half a real man he would strap them on and confront the issue face to face
Well the funny thing about pain for sale and Ed.... Ed didn't get fired and didn't steal me (JEFFS EX WIFE) away from Jeff! Jeff and I grew apart!! Thats how the ball bounces!! As for all the crack smoking...lol...never touched it and never will!! The funny thing about people hating is that there tattoo shop just isn't as busy as we are. And we tattoo well knowing people! Thats right we are doing VERY well!! Come in and see my piercing and everyone is centered!! The funny thing about Karma is all the people talking shit well it comes around by x 10!! ELI MATTSON, runner up on America’s Got Talent 2008, makes his East Coast debut in right here at the Harrasseeket Inn on July 3rd! Since stirring TV audiences internationally as “The Piano Man” on America’s Got Talent, Eli has performed extensively in the past year to the crowds of sold-out West Coast and Midwest venues.
Concert begins at 7pm, Friday, July 3rd. Tickets can be purchased by emailing Charleen Mason at charlee.mason@yahoo.com. If available, tickets will also be sold at the door. If you are planning on spending the night on Friday and are attending the concert, we will deduct 20% off your room rate. If you want to make a weekend of it, we are offering the following 2 night package.

I never heard him singing or even his name for that matter but now I´m curious to hear some of his work. Could you put a video of one of his performances here? I think it would improve your hub ;-)
