Eliminate Stress with Imagination. What a simple concept but few use it to reduce stress in their lives. You see, we get exactly what we think in life. If you imagine a stress-free work and personal life and you do not actually have one, then your subconscious sees this inequity and has to fix it.

The first step to Eliminate Stress with Imagination is setting goals for what you really want your life to be like. I believe it was Henry Ford who said, "If you believe you can or you believe you can't your right!" First you must decide what you really want. Write down quickly any goals that come to mind. Break your life into different sectors like, Work, Family, Personal, Health, all areas that can cause stress in your life. Once you have these goals you can affirm them verbally, with emotion, each night and mediatate on them and how you want your stress-free day to go each morning.

Jack Canfield recommends in his book, The Success Principles, that you look in the mirror each night before you go to bed for 31 days and tell yourself how great your life already is or better in each of these areas. Paint your self a mental image of what your ultimate life is like in each of the most important areas of your life. Then go to bed and let your subconscious who says to itself, Hey, your life is not like that and that is what you want, so I had better get to work on how to get you that life." It is as in The Secret, If you ask and truly believe that thing is yours your wish is your subconscious's command and it must help you figure out how to get it.
