One way to eliminate cellulite is to stop eating foods which are likely to add more on. Seems obvious enough right? Well, those foods which tend to add on more fat are foods that are processed and not naturally occurring, this means foods like chocolates, sweets, pizza, tacos and even things like pasta and white bread .
If you want to eat healthy, you need to be eating more fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, egg whites, skim milk, no fat cottage cheese, oatmeal, whole grain bread and nuts. All of these are safe foods and if you work on substituting some of these in place of your other more junkie foods, you will clean up your diet and over time see some weight loss.

Not many people enjoy exercising, myself included, but for eliminating cellulite it’s pretty much a requirement. The key is to do exercise day in and day out, every day for at least a week. Once you’ve been able to do this, you will have ingrained the habit and it will be a lot more easy for you to maintain without thinking.
This is the key to seeing long term and lasting results if you want to eliminate cellulite, you need to make exercising a habit, rather than relying on willpower which is much easier to break.
3. Get Massages
Another great tip for you is to find a way to get regular massages. You can either go to massage parlors and get it done for you there, or If you happen to have a significant other or spouse that can do it, all the better. By massaging the affected area, you can increase blood flow to that area and thus make it more likely that the cellulite there will be metabolized and dispersed.
If you don’t have anyone around you to give you a massage, you can always massage yourself. Get one of those hand massagers and use that, they usually look like a knob with 3 prongs on it. Knead that into the area and work on evening the area out, over time you will see results.
