Emotional Feeding
55Have you ever seen a situation where one person gets angry, then the person they vent to gets worked up and then someone who hears that story gets worked up? This goes on and on until someone finally decides "who cares".
Each situation we encounter in life is made up of frequencies. From eating a pizza to arguing with someone to a hug, there is a frequency or group of frequencies involved. Often times we allow these frequencies to bounce off of us hitting another who bounces is back off of us, thus growing our frequency in what ever emotional frequency this is.I remember when the movie, "Titanic" first came out. It was an apparent cry fest type movie. I went to this movie and towards the end heard sniffs all around. I looked and most of the movie theater was in tears. Realizing I was out of twizzlers, for no good reason whatsoever a tear or two rolled down my cheek. Why was this? A moment ago there was no sad emotion yet now after noticing this emotion all around I was opened up to it and thus it reacted with me causing a tear to roll down my cheek. This can happen with laughter as well. At times one person starts to laugh and then you laugh and as both of you are laughing, the both of you begin to laugh harder. This also can happen in a negative way such as anger. Someone may be angry about a job they work at. They complain to a co-worker who has things pointed out and then grows disgruntled at the job. The two of you have now created a bond between you two based on anger which bounces back and forth and festers making you both more and more angry and miserable. While we are all afftected at times with outside influences we often forget to look within ourselves. The answers of the universe and the meanings of life are within ourselves. Once we begin to realize this and the answers to the questions we seek are already in us we will become much more happy and content. We will no longer be confused and agitated as we do not know what to do in particular siutations or how to act or react for ourselves. There is a voice inside of you. Some call it a conscience, others call it God, some may call it Bob. Whatever you call it listen. It is talking to you. When you can't make up your mind whether or not to wear the red shirt or the blue shirt, clear your mind. Distract yourself. Ask yourself real quick which shirt to wear. I guarantee there is a color shirt which enters your mind first. This is the correct answer for you at this time. Wear that shirt. This same idea and exercise goes for all questions from what to eat for dinner to should I take a gamble on this widget or not. Allow this inner consciousness to work and do what it is going to do. You are the vehicle for it to work. Do not hesitate or fight it. If you find yourself beginning to be influenced by the outside again or emotion is entering your foremost thoughts again, take a moment, step back and plug yourself into this consciousness.Share it! — Rate it: up down [flag this hub]

I am thoroughly immpressed...though I believe in the only God almighty!
He has given us more power than we will ever know. The power of free will! This power is the catalyst of all things and all things in common...namely...exactly what you are talking about.
What is negative is always available...but you know what? So is what's positive.
Which one are we going to cling to?
God Bless...awesome!
