I love to bake bread, all kind it seem as though I  am in world of my own.  Not fancy or special just plain oldfashion bread from scratch,  I have a bread machine but that's no fun!  I take out my wooden bowl and go for it, the more I work on it the more energy I have.   When the bread is finish I wait a day and it is perfection.  Everyone wants a piece.  My aunt Clara  taught me and she say I make it better than her now.  Good wholesome bread and the house smell so good!
