Bangkok is an exciting city to visit with so much going on. There is plenty to do in Bangkok with enough for attractions for the whole family. One place you really should check out when in Bangkok is the Erawan Shrine. This place is amazing and well worth the visit. This hub has more about the Erawan Shrine.

About Erawan Shrine

The Erawan Shrine was built in one of the hubs of consumerism in Bangkok, The shrine is devoted to Brahma and Erawan, his elephant. It was built next to the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel. During it’s construction in the 1950’s the shrine had a series of accidents. When visting you want to make your way past the vendors selling garlands and wooden elephants. Past the vendors you can see the amazing open-air pavilion where worshipers gather before the shrine. It is most often difficult to see beneath the offerings made. At the shrine you can often see Traditional Thai dancing. Admissiton to the shrine is free.
