For a male to have successful intercourse he needs the following 3 things

  1. Blood
  2. Penis
  3. Nitric Oxide

The most important aspect of course is blood. If the blood supply is stopped to his penis there is no change of any erection. So why would there be a blood supply deficiency? Well many reasons related to your blood circulation.

  1. Smoking causes constriction of blood vessels.
  2. Alcohol consumption thins the blood and extreme amounts diminish nitric oxide release, certain alcohol types more than others.
  3. The more physical exercise the better
  4. Food that contains high amounts of saturated fats are known clog up your arteries which constricts blood flow eg of these food are dairy, eggs(yellow), red meats and prepared meals from supermarkets.
  5. Certain medication can have a negative influence on blood flow
  6. Stress and Anger

All these blood flow complications are erectile dysfunction initiators. Even those that are living a healthy lifestyle but still sometimes have an occasional problem with erectile dysfunction have to look at their emotional state of mind. Are you preoccupied with something in your subconscious? Most of the time you may think it’s not that, but see what happens when you remove the mind threat. See if this improves your sex life.
