3. visit nearest metropolis

When in the suburbs, it can get rather tedious. So you grew bored with the local bookstore. Trip to New York is out of the question, too. The only viable option is a trip to the nearest metropolis. Which lies only some twenty miles away. But do forget the SUV. Fuck the minivan as well. Hop on a metro train instead. There’s so much more excitement in the city.

2. go to nyc

When in the suburbs, you simply must get out. But not by SUV or minivan. Consider DC2NY instead. This is an upscale bus that transfers you to Manhattan - not only a place but a state of mind. Most people like it. The place has cultured, if a bit frenetic, ambience that instantly lifts spirits. Consider it your duty to go.

1. visit local bookstore

Sometimes, when in the suburbs, one feels like an anti-depressant, one has the urge to escape, go some place lively. but not by means of driving SUV into the the city but walking or, say, pedaling a bicycle. Luckily, there’s a bookstore in close proximity. no need for minivan after all. The place has cultured, quiet ambience that boosts one's spirits instantly.
