What is going on?
One key reason diseases are on the increase is because we are being poisoned. Just look at the following figures:
- 4 billion prescription drugs are ingested in the U.S. each year
- 70,000 chemicals are used commercially
- 3,000+ chemicals are added to our food supply
- 10,000+ chemicals are used in food processing, preserving, and storage
Staying healthy, avoiding suffering and preventing disease is not just as simple as eating the perfect diet and exercising. You need look at the bigger picture on how the medications you are taking, the chemicals you clean your household and the packaged foods you eat can affect your life. You can’t eliminate all toxins but you need to understand and consciously work on eliminating and reducing most of them.
