Estancia Santa Susana Ranch

At Estancia Santa Susana ranch, the meat is cooked on a large outdoor grill. Lunch is served in a large room of long tables. Different salads are passed around first. The main course consists of different meats brought around by the servers. You choose the meat you want as they come by. The different meats served are sausage, blood sausage, chicken, and--as it would not be a true Argentine meal without it--beef. After the meal, you are entertained by skilled tango dancers.

I'm not sure about the price range, as I went as part of a group tour.
