Esthetican Student Book

If you're an esthetician student, you may be having trouble digesting all those notes you're taking! It's amazing how much information you have to absorb. When I was in school, I was looking for a book I couldn't find. I wanted a book that answered my skin care questions without being too technical. "Skin Care Student Q and A" is the book I was looking for while still in school and never found.

When you are learning, one of the most important things is learning the basic information and learning it well. You can always build on that. When you have a full understanding of what you are being taught, it all falls into place.

Esthetician students were my focus in my book. "Skin Care Student Q and A" makes a great supplement to your textbook. What it does, is helps you break down the information in easy to understand ideas. It's so clear and easy to read, you'll be surprised how easy it is to understand!

"Skin Care Student Q and A" offers lists, resources and charts, along with detailed information. I've done the work for you, taken the time to research all the pieces of information from numerous places to make a great addition to your text book. That has been done for you!

I've been there, trust me! I remember being overwhelmed learning all the ingredients and facial muscles, and wondering if I'd ever get them to sink in!

Esthetician students now have a book designed just for them! It will help you finish school, prepare for your state boards, and help get you prepared for that first esthetician job!

Esthetican Resources

The Esthetician Channel, Your Ultimate Resource Guide

Some of the best things you can do is look for other resources, such as trade magazines, message boards, and books.

Here are a couple of trade magazines you may want to read.

Go to Google Groups, MSN Groups and Yahoo! Groups and look for esthetician message boards. Each one has it's own feel.

Two of the best I've been or seen are Aesthetician Group, and Esthetician to Esthetician.

Books are important. PERIOD! When you are going to learn something like skin care, you want to keep learning, and you want to continue to advance yourself. Maybe you'd like to get into medical esthetics. One of the best ways is to continue your education. Trade shows, some beauty supply stores, and some skin care companies offer continuing education classes.

Skin Analysis and Extraction

Advanced Skin Analysis

When we're talking about skin analysis, understanding skin types and conditions are very important.

If you're looking for a great book on skin analysis, the best I've found is not one available on Amazon. It's called "ADVANCED SKIN ANALYSIS" and is a wonderful and thorough book. It took me a few months to finally buy it, because I was hesitant of the $90+ price tag. It was WELL WORTH the price. I LOVE THIS BOOK!
