Event Planning Checklist
Events Listed can help you with all of the above and we can do it for free. All you do is start by creating a web page personalized to your event and go from there.
- Create a personalized web page about your event and your theme by using over 60 multi media tools that are extremely easy to use and are set in a Web 2.0 environment. Add pictures, videos, blurbs, RSS feeds, a map with directions to the event, special requests, updates and more. Add some music and perhaps even a count down.
- Electronically send invitations to your guest through electronic emails that contain web links to your page. They click and it’s smooth landing right onto your web page.
- Your guests will also get to network right online through your page. They’ll think that is pretty cool. Promote even more networking by cross referencing other event planning online networking groups. Get food and drink ideas, event location suggestions, entertainment booking ideas, themes and game ideas, and much more. Network anytime for as long as you’d like before, during, and after your event. There is no expiration for your web page or the networking.
How to be an event planner
Event Invitations
Your guests will be able to see the guest list that is always updated with who has confirmed, who has declined, and who just hasn’t responded yet. You can even add pictures of your guests besides their names if you’d like.
For your guests who won’t be making it? Well, bring the event to them. Sort of. Bring it to their eyes and ears by having them log on to your web page during your event while someone uploads live video and pictures of the event and post favorable highlights of the evening on micro blogs. That way no one is left out and everyone can be there at least in cyberspace.
Do you have helpers for your big event? Post the duties for your helpers by utilizing the task manager. Send automated email reminders of your event so no one can claim amnesia. You can also post and manage your budget right on your web page.
Events Listed has ensured all of your event planning, invitations needs, and more are more than met. All for free. Now you can check everything off of your list.
