Spoon bread - a family favorite
This is a recipe my family was passed by a family friend. It's really easy to make but it tastes amazing!
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (1 cube) melted butter
8 oz. (small can) cream corn
8 oz. (small can) regular corn, drained
Mix together, bake in greased square pan @ 350* for 35 minutes (Optional) Top with 1 cup grated swiss cheese and bake 10-15 additional minutes or until knife comes out clean.
