The Evony Queen competition still rages.  The developers at UMGE are trying to find the Evony Queen among the millions of players of Evony Online.  Only women can enter and they need to submit a photo of themselves posing as the evony queen with somewhere in the photo the word "Evony".

There have been lots of women entering the competition to be evony queen so far.  They range widely from the beautiful and well dressed women in a medieval setting, to not so beautiful women, and in various dress like wedding dresses, and settings like on their couch at home.

Its up to the Evony team at UMGE to chose who will be the Evony Queen as they are not accepting votes.

You can now Save Your Lover on Evony Online! Evony has moved up from save the queen to save your lover. Not sure who my lover is at this point, or how to save her (or him?). Could my lover be a pet iguana?

Similar to the Save the Queen advertising campaign, no one has told us HOW to save our lovers. Do we need to reinforce all our evony cities or are there going to be cities with lovers in them?

And the big question. If I'm to have my 365 women herem. How do I find my 365 lovers?

I never thought I'd say it, but the boobs are too good! The latest advertising campaign that has a woman's boobs plastered on it are getting too much traffic to the Evony Game. Too many people are signing up and logging in. More people require more servers to keep up with the traffic, but there is too many people coming because of the boobs advertising campaign.

This is interesting for me, as I have always thought there were a lot of women playing Evony due to the strategy side of the game, instead of the first person shooters that appeal to young boys. This advertising campaign, using women's boobs as the draw card goes against these women players. I wonder if they like this campaign or are appauled by it.

Its a pity that Evony has gone to these lengths to get more players as it is already a great game, and has many people playing (including women players). The Evony Game itself surely would be getting more people to sign up and log in because of the great game content. Why are UMGE still pushing and advertising.

And why so much boobs? Is it really necessary?

The enigmatic developers of Evony have decided to change the way that the Queen of Evony will be voted for. These changes are to make the election fairer for everyone involved.

Previously, there was only an award for Evony Queen voters if the queen that they voted for was elected. This has been deemed unfair, so now everyone who votes for the Evony Queen will get an award. This is trying to stop the obvious (to everyone else) flaw in that if only the people who voted for the winning queen got an award, everyone would only vote for 1 queen. So there would be 100% of the votes for 1 person in the attempt that these people could get a prize. The change to all voters getting a prize will make voting for the Evony Queen a bit fairer and hopefully stop the landslide affect.

Voting is no longer visible. Visibility coupled with the affect above of only the winning queen's votes getting the prize made the competition completely lopsided. Having a closed ballet will make voting for the Evony Queen a lot more fair.

Re vote. The Evony developers are resetting the votes so everyone has to vote again. With the previous votes being displayed, people might still be swayed into voting for someone esle other than the Queen they liked the most, so resetting the votes and getting people to vote again might not help this affect, but it does give an even starting ground.

These changes are to make the voting clearer and fairer for everyone involved in the Evony Queen Competition. Evony hopes that people will vote for the Evony Queen they like the most, not the one that they would like to win.
