Writing for examiner.com has been real fun. I get interesting articles out on the Internet much like we do at hubpages. com. What is the examiner? The examiner is a website that caters to a particular city and has examiners that are hired to write about one topic. You get paid per hit to your articles. For instance, for every 1,000 hits, they will pay your paypal account $10.00. That equals $0.01 for each hit. They also give tons of tutorials to assist in your uploading photos, videos, slide shows, enter content and much more. They are extremely helpful and when you are hired, you get a contact person that you can email and talk to for any questions or issues.

The best is that I was just given a wonderful piece of news, Examiner.com is growing faster than ever! Yesterday, they added their 8,000th Examiner, and today, they are launching 20 more cities, bringing the Examiner.com presence to 90 major markets across the United States. That means that 8,000 people have been hired to be examiners - bring their content to the Internet and being paid.

The 20 new editions are:

  • Richmond, Va.
  • Raleigh, N.C.
  • Columbus, Ohio
  • West Palm Beach, Fla.
  • Grand Rapids, Mi.
  • Virginia Beach, Va.
  • Fresno, Calif.
  • Albany, N.Y.
  • Knoxville, Tenn.
  • Tulsa, Okla.
  • Dayton, Ohio
  • Roanoke, Va.
  • Tucson, Ariz.
  • Toledo, Ohio
  • Spokane, Wash
  • Rochester, N.Y.
  • Huntsville, Ala.
  • Madison, Wisc.
  • Long Island, N.Y.
  • Allentown, Pa.
