First we need to see how much time and effort  we can put into a business.  If it is home based, ofcourse we are looking for flexibility.  We also want something that isn't a waste of our time and that pays well....well eventually!  I looked into many of these home based businesses, mostly on the web.  I searched and searched and found many interesting ideas.  I was never able to go all the way through, because either they charge too much to get started and I didn't want to invest anything but my free time into it.  I know businesses require some what investing, but it also has too be appealing and promising, to each individual's own needs. There are many good ones out there, find out what you want out of it and go for it.  There's usually no harm in starting something.  Just research it thoroughly and make sure its legit.  I know a lot of people who are making good money off of the EBay business.  It requires a lot of concentration and commitment.  I know a lot of people who are doing it successfully.  I also know a lot of people who are starting out on the Pre-Paid legal business.  It's great if you know a lot of people who can benefit from their product as well as promoting the product.
