What Is the Role Of Diet In Man Boobs
First of all, most people will tell you that diet is terribly important. Well, it can be but no need to go overboard. First off if you have a balanced diet- that is Protein (12%), carbohydrate (58%) and Fat (30%) then you will be fine. Anyway all this means that you need 1 gram of protein for every 2 lbs of your body weight but I have no intention of doing the math !
My advice is:-
1. Balanced diet with the above essential elements, favouring fruit, vegetables and white meat or fish
2. Five small meals a day-.
3. Try to make your main meal in the middle of the day so you can burn off more calories before going to bed

To Exercise Or Not To Exercise ..... ?
Well there is no easy way out - let's be frank. You DO need an exercise program but I am not going to bore you by telling you to do push ups, sit ups and bench presses.
One thing I found really useful though was to build Interval training into my program. That simply means that I do shorter more intense bursts of activity followed by more normally paced ones. After warming up, you can increase the intensity for 30 seconds and then resume your normal pace.Sometimes I will up the intense burst by a few minutes - other times no - it just depends how I am feeling. The classic one is where I can do a short burst of jogging then go back to my normal brisk walking pace.
Great advantages of interval training are :-
1. You do not get so bored so easily -variety is the spice of life
2. Yiou really do burn more calories and that is the basic goal of any exercise program.
3. You really will be able to increase your aerobic capacity and that is another goal of any fitness program.
Gynecomastia Surgery
You may want to try this option . Basically the extra fat tissue is removed surgically from the male breasts so that you have a nice manly shaped chest. I am going to spare you the photos of before and after ! Let us consider some factors:-
1. You may have to shell out up to $8,000 for this little trip to the clinic .
2. You will need a few weeks off work to recover from the surgery.
3,. As with any surgery there are risks .
4. Your fat may grow back again !

Wht an extremely interesting topic. As a nurse I see men with this problem occasionally, sometimes a hormone imbalance. Very distressing for them.
Thanks Susan - it has been estimated that between 40% -60% of men will suffer from this at some point in their lives.
very interresting topic
