Do you ever wonder which part of the body is the most watched when going the beach or swimming pool? Well according to research, it happens to be the abs that is most watched. That is why many of us really wanted to have a six pack abs.

There are a lot of exercises can be done to achieve a six pack abs. But the first thing we need to remember that all of us naturally have abs but most of them are covered by more fat.

There is a machine that is great to use and is called the abdominal machine. You can found this in many gyms. This machine can help you do crunching motion in a proper position. The resistance can be increased or decreased according to your wish. In doing exercises, you should move in slow motion and flex your abs and having more resistance means having a more defined abs.

Using weight exercises is another way of having six pack abs. If you are not using any type of weights, then you can use any item like book, dumbbell or anything of your choice. Just make sure that you place them in the position of either holding it in place with your hands or being over your head. This should be performing in the exact same way you are performing with any type of weights.

Hanging leg lifts is another abdominal exercise that is very effective. You can do this by using a pull up bar. Then allow your legs to hang down. When you perform this exercise, make sure that your legs are relaxed. This is to prevent your knees from bending and your toes should be pointed.

You can also perform this simple exercise to achieve that six pack abs. Just lay flat on your back on a mat with your knees bend. Your feet should be positioned flat on the floor. Now put your hands by your ears. But make sure that your hands will not actually touch your head. Then crunch your midsection up and across. In crunching, you should touch your right elbow to your left knee. By doing this, make sure that you are concentrating on flexing your stomach. Then slowly go back to your starting position. Repeat this as many as you can.
