Does Cardio Work-Turbulence Training

Cardio why does it sound so hard?

Every men and woman on earth has tried cardio one in their life and has wondered, why. Why do I work so hard but I do not see the results. It just doesn't add up ,does it? I see men and woman everywhere that do cardio 6,7 even 9 hours a week and yet nothing. Have you ever wondered why these people still have belly fat they haven't burned off?

But for other it works just fine.

I recently read a article in the British tabloids and they did research on 35 men and 35 women that were overweight and did not work out.

(Reference: International Journal of Obesity 32: 177-184, 2008) The subject behind the research was “exercise 5 times per week for 12 weeks".

5 days a week is a lot but I was surprised when I saw the results, they lost an average of 8.2 pounds, that is fantastic!

So I guess cardio does work for some people. Cardio works best for young men, and these young men are the one who need it the least. Now back to the study, the weight loss for these individuals was hugh. I was a bit surprise to be honest with you.

Now listen to this.

Let’s look at the difference in people, there was one subject who lost a whopping 32 pounds in 12 weeks, but the shocker was that the worst subject GAINED 3 pounds. Hard to believe, right. All the scientist that did this study, they think they know where things went wrong.

The scientist broke the men and women into two groups "Compensators" and then there was the second group "Non-compensators".

Now the first group, Compensators were hungrier all the time and they consumed and extra 268 calories per day. So all the cardio they did just got wiped out. All that hard work for nothing.

So the Compensators were among the ones who lost the least amount of weight. The scientist think this was caused by the larger appetite do to consuming 268 more calories. So ask yourself this "Does my appetite increase when slow cardio is in your routine".

If you answered yes then this will ruin your efforts that you have put in. I have a solution for you, if you are hungry check your appetite and calories and see if you are compensating for your efforts.

If you are then I would try to increase you workouts with a high intensity and interval training program.

Turbulence Training is another way of using this term. You can and will see a major improvement in your weight loss with a turbulence workout. There is a guy by the name of Steve Boucher and he has shown in research that turbulence training will increase hormones called catecholamines.

The great thing about catecholamines is that it will reduce your appetite and burn fat. Have you see people lose 33 pounds in 12 weeks? If you have it is not many, this is the real world and in the real world it just takes more for people to lose weight. And with a turbulence training program you will be able to do this.

If you think about it few people lose 10 pounds on a aerobic exercise.

So in a nut shell you need to check your appetite and calorie intake and consider a high turbulence training workout for your next exercise. The key to beating the curse and burning fat and getting rid of that extra body fat is a turbulence training program. It is probable taking you a long time to get rid of the weight that you want to lose so just go with turbulence training workouts. I promise that if you try this you will be addictive and will lose some much weight that people will ask you for advice.
