LOL do it! I toured the Purina Plant way back in hi school and they had a bunch of eggs layed out for us to see. Purple, red, and the rest of the rainbow. they put dye in the feed and any that were fertile would have hatched into a colored chick for Easter. I must say the green yolked ones caught my eye and I thought of Ted straight away, you know, Dr Seuss? good stuff

Ralwus, Guess there not any animal activist groups back then to protest the use of dyes in chicken feed. I what the heck was Purina doing messing with chicken eggs anyway?? Thought they dealt primarily with cat and dog food ...
