FAT: More than Just a Lump of Lard
71For many years, a fat cell was viewed as a balloon that fills up when you eat too many calories and is deflated when you eat less and burn more calories. GHRELIN
When you lose weight, your stomach (and not your fat cells), release more ghrelin, which makes you hungry, and makes it tougher to keep the weight off. It's a catch 22!
ADIPONECTIN
This "good guy" hormone enables insulin to hustle sugar from the bloodstream into your body's cells, where it's stored or burned for fuel. The more fat you have, the less adiponectin your fat cells secrete.

I am much better and I seem to recover a little better everyday but it is slow,I ride my exercise bike to health
