What is Forex?

FOREX Stands for "Foreign Exchange". Usually refers to the foreign exchange market, which deals in trading foreign currencies.

The foreign exchange (currency or forex or FX) market exists wherever one currency is traded for another.

It is by far the largest financial market in the world, and includes trading between large banks, central banks, currency speculators, multinational corporations, governments, and other financial markets and institutions.

The average daily trade in the global forex and related markets currently is over US$ 3 trillion.

Learning to trade forex (or foreign currency) is easier than one might think. Many brokers exist that allow a trader to leverage several thousands of dollars while risking only a fraction of that amount.

Here are a few steps that might help you to get started.

Step 3: Choose a broker that allows learning. Some allow for practice accounts and others allow you to start with very little investment.
