45LEARN TO RELAX AND ENJOY LIFE
I have spent much time in my own life , flying by my '' wild spirit'' that carries me. I am a Psychology magor hoping to enlighten those looking for information that I have already learned about in school and in life ; being a mother of three , at the age of 44.
I have read and studied such great people , like Dr. Wayne Dyer and thousands of others in the Garu world of peace inside and out. The first thing to consider , if you seek peace is to learn simple Meditation. Mind and body must be balanced as much as possible , to be at peace. I would like to add that I am fighting Early onset symptoms of Parkinson's-like disease and without Meditation , I would not be talking to you now. Come back to find out some simple sujestions to relax and enjoy life. I have much to give of ideas, and advice that may work for you , too { : )
