FSU Football Schedule

Every year in Florida some of the top football teams in the nation suit up to go to battle. In particular were not talking about the Gators,or the Hurricanes but rather the Florida state Seminoles and this years up and coming fsu football schedule. The Seminoles have seen some turbulent times in the past few years coming under scrutiny for possible academic issues and things of that nature. Fortunately for the FSU squad their head coach Bobby Bowden is one of the best in the business and knows a lot about how to win football games after coming off less than stellar seasons. The Seminoles play in the ACC (Atlantic Coast Conference) and are pitted up against the likes of Clemson, Georgia Tech, and North Carolina. In particular for this year the 2009 fsu football schedule is as follows:

September 7 Miami (ESPN)
September 12 Jacksonville State
September 19 at BYU
September 26 South Florida
October 3 at Boston College
October 10 Georgia Tech
October 22 at North Carolina (ESPN)
October 31 NC State
November 7 at Clemson
November 14 at Wake Forest
November 21 Maryland
November 28 at Florida

This looks to be a very interesting and tough schedule for the Seminoles, most of whom are still very young as Freshman and Sophomores. In particular the September games with the likes of BYU, USF and Miami pose a serious challenge to the 2009 FSU Seminoles. If I were to flip a coin and take a guess on who the Seminoles will ultimately beat this year I would say they will go a record of 3-9 only winning versus Jacksonville State, Nc State, and Georgia Tech. Although if history has taught us anything it is that you should never count a team out and this years FSU team is no different. Anytime you get a mix of young and raw talent, and a coach who has been around the block a few times you can find yourself in a favorable situation. Good luck to the Seminoles as they try to rush through their 2009 schedule.
