Chopard watch $25 Million!


Have some fun . . . look at these . fantasy land!

I thought about Christmas. I had created a post about gifts under $50 and thought it would be fascinting to create a post about some of the most expensive things in the world, and, in a bind, you might just want to give someone special one of these ultra expensive items - to show you care!

Seriously, I thought it would be fun to see some of these very unique and expensive products which are actually on the market and some people purchase! Fascinating!

I've included this Chopard watch because at a price tag of $25 Million which tops the top of what I found!  Althought, you'll be astonished at some of the other things I found which people are perfectly comfortable shelling out the scheckles!

 Levi's - not just any jean!  They have gold, diamons and rubies - buy these - only $85,000.  But a pair of Levi jeans which were over 115 years old were sold in Japan for $60,000!


Here's a potato for you!

Grown only in one place in France!

 It's call "La Connotte" and grows on the little Island of Normoutier.  Only 100 tons are produced every year.  Cost:  1 kilogram = $749.20 ~ - quite a potato! 


Baseball card - who knew!

Rarest of rare!

 The rarest baseball card is T206 Honus Wagner, 1906, issue by the American Tobacco Company.  There are no more than 60 known cards.  In 2000, it was sold for $1.26 Million!  How would you like to have that one in your collection!


Superhero!

Spider-man - Spider-man!

The rarest comic book in the world - first issue of Marvel's Spider-man. Originally it sold for 12 cents and it is estimated to be worth $40,000!! Quite a tidy profit!

A delicacy . . . to be used sparingly!

The truffle - $5,994~ per kilogram! Stanley Ho, owner of Macau casino, paid $330,000 for 1.5 kg. of truffles recently! The white truffle - had its orgins in Langhe area of Piedmont region in Northern Italy.  They can reach 12 cm in diameter and 500 g.
