A. Make different faces such as :
- Raising your eyebrows
- Bringing the cheeks upward
- Forceful smile
- Pull up and down your nose and chin
- Bring lips toward the right, then to the left at the same time blowing your cheeks out
- Rotate your mouth clockwise, then counter clockwise
Do all facial expression you can think of. Do this for three to five minutes, at the same time do finger massage to your face, neck scalp.
In Facial massage apply just enough pressure to move the skin over the underlying tissues.
This will exercises your scalp, facial and anterior neck muscles. It is beneficial for wrinkles of the face and neck
B. Close your eyes tightly, then relax and repeat several times. Do this no less than 12 times.
This is good exercise for your eyelids. This exercise will relieve and prevent eyebags and blackish discoloration around the eyes.
