Overweight people are often advised to eat lesser than their normal meal to shed their extra weight. According to the latest studies, the dieting method is nothing more than the myth. It is not very helpful in losing weight. It is the fact that most of the dieters lose weight and regain it. And this dieting can lead to eating disorders, slaws your metabolism and finally leaves you fatter again.

According to a research - A group of people were divided into two groups. One group ate three times a day and other group takes snacks to speed up fat burning. And finally it didn't help the participants who are trying to lose their weight or the benefit is too little.

So friends if you really want to lose your weight select the right procedure like, do exercise. Take proper diet at the right time. As by exercise you burn off calories as well as keeping the bodies organs in tip top shape.
