Bikini-wearing Faith Hill appears on the December 2008 cover of Shape Magazine. Mother of three, Faith said:  

On her first time ever posing in a bikini: “Wearing a bikini on a magazine cover is my 41st birthday present to myself.”

As to her return to her Pilates exercises: “I could bend in ways I haven’t been able to since I was a teenager. My husband  Tim McGraw loves it!”

Speaking of her new life-style:  “I was always very athletic, playing basketball and softball and running track. But in my 20s and 30s, I’d go through phases with exercise, working out for four weeks before a big tour or video shoot and not doing much afterward. Then I had three kids and turned 40, so I decided to make a lifestyle change.”

Tim McGraw could yodel the Yellow Pages, and it would still sound like heavenly music, so far as his multitude of fans are concerned. Now the mystery is why did he and his song-singin' partner Faith Hill list their Beverly Park home?

Are the couple turning their backs on LA? Well, what's happening? What?

The song-singin' couple's Mediterranean on 4 acres is on the buyers market at $14.8 million. It has no less than six bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms in 10,500 square feet.

This mini-mansion features limestone floors, a huge skylight and a wrap-around staircase no less!

'His' and 'Her's' baths are part of the master suite: the "his" bathroom is unique in that it is open and joined to a state-of-the-art gym. And the pool? What LA home would be complete without one? The swimming pool is really spectacular, no surprise, and the kitchen is a gourmet's dream.

Where does the money come from for such extravagance? Well, Mr. McGraw has sold 40 million albums and won endless awards and his wife Faith Hill has done no less impressive merchandising of her own pretty self.

For example, recently Hill, a country legend in her own mind, played Sarah Sunderson in the "The Stepford Wives." Reading from what she says on the IMD page: "A man who is right by your side through everything makes you happy. But he can leave your side to make dinner once in a while!" And if her man does, everybody will be a'watchin'!
