Everyone knows that Hollywood is about illusion and glamor. For the charming ladies of Hollywood, much of that illusion comes down to breasts. Boob jobs are what keeps the stars looking sexy, and what transform an average woman into a plastic Barbie doll dream. Plastic is better, it doesn't sag like normal human body parts, it doesn't decay like human flesh does either, and it's much more resistant to heat, as well as having some serious buoyancy advantages. Really with all these positives, it's a wonder that all women and men don't have breast implants. Ah well, until that glorious day arrives I guess we'll just have to live vicariously through these stars.

As a porn star, Jenna Jameson pretty much had to get a boob job. Her breasts served her well for years, and until she had her implants removed at the end of her career, she seemed fairly happy with them. In their time, Jenna's breasts were possibly some of the most hard working breasts in the business, and we salute them!

Heidi Montag

Heidi didn't try to hide her boob job, instead she celebrated it, crediting it with giving her more self esteem and saving her from the endless jealousy she felt toward other girls with bigger breasts.
