  • Assess job and facility fall hazards.
  • Perform JRAs and FRAs.

  • Evaluate fall hazards.

  • Eliminate/control/minimize fall hazard exposures.

2. Fall Hazard Protection

  • Eliminate/minimize work at height.
  • Prevent falls with engineering controls.

  • Arrest falls with PPE or engineering control.

  • Assign qualified staff.

  • Verify correct implementation.

3. Walking and Working Surfaces

  • Maintain housekeeping in work areas.

  • Maintain surfaces in an undamaged, slip-free manner.

  • Contact the Building Manager to correct hazards.
