Online beauty suppliers will have a very good range of false eyelashes, which will come in different colours, thickness, and glam levels. I would recommend for your first time to go for something a little more natural until you get used to the fuller effect. Even the natural ones can make a difference to your eyes. Some instructions tell you to apply your make up first, whilst others say afterwards. Personally I prefer to apply all your eye make up first except your mascara as this gives a cleaner finish.

Apply a very small amount of mascara to the eyelashes after you have glued them into place, and once applied build up until you have the desired effect. Obviously the more mascara you apply, the thicker and fuller the lashes will be. Again I will say if it's your first time wearing them, try not to go over board, and try leaving them without any mascara. • Sephora brand flirt it lash duo false lashes: Well the name speaks for it's self but you can find it much cheaper online at around $9.

Another treatment that can enhance your lashes is tinting and perming. An odd concept for some I know but actual rollers are wound into the lashes and permanently curled to give you that lovely full curve. This can save time when you go on holiday as the tint will give the appearance of a little mascara and the perm will look as if you have used eye lash curlers.

From all the above options I would go for the false eyelashes as these can be applied whenever you want them. Don't be put off if like me you have tried them before and found you looked more like a drag queen as the new products on the market are much easier to apply and dry instantly so no slipping off. I was amazed considering my eye sight of late has deteriorated that I could apply them very well. As with anything in life sometimes you just need a little practise and before you know it you will be whipping them on in seconds.

Always remember to remove your falsies before bedtime as a crumpled eyelash doesn't bode well for a second use. Always store them away so you know they will not become damaged.
