Interesting

There are many different forms of Calligraphy and in spite of hours of research I can find NOTHING that refers to anatomic calligraphy nor can I find the name you refer to as even mentioned anywhere linked to calligraphy except on your website.

There was a strong parallel tradition to that of the Islamic, among Aramaic and Hebrew scholars, seen in such works as the Hebrew illuminated bibles of the 9th and 10th centuries.

Today, artists in the Islamic world use calligraphic inscriptions and abstractions in many of their works. Calligraphy has always been a part of both the religion of Islam and the Arabic language. Calligraphy to Muslims is a visible expression of the art of the spiritual world and has become the most popular form of Islamic art because of the link it provides between language and religion. Al-Qur'an (the holy book of Islam) has played an important role in not only the Arabic language but calligraphy in the alphabet. Many proverbs and passages from Al-Qur'an are still active sources of calligraphy.
