Your birthday hubs keep getting better all the time, compu-smart. I'm delighted to see Patty Andrews of the great Andrews Sisters recognized here on her 91st birthday. Patty also was acknowledged on the Bing Crosby Internet Museum. She is a great talent.
Hey William, I was soo bizi this last year I did not see your comment-s.. Good to see you back!;)
Hey, Mr. Furry Pants!! :)
When I read the list at the top, I thought, "Oh no! I don't know anybody here!" but then I kept going and found some great memories!
Sonny Bono, everybody knows, of course. Hugh Beaumont - who doesn't love the Beav's dad? I didn't recognize LeVar Burton without his funky Star Trek glasses. My kids used to watch him on Reading Rainbow. (Way to age myself!) I even know who Ice T is!
Re Edgar Bergen....I've heard/read some stories about him that weren't flattering.
Another great one, CS!

William F. Torpey says:
Edgar Bergen, father of Candice Bergen, was a great entertainer, but his lips moved like crazy. It didn't matter, though, because he was good (especially on radio.) Sonny Bono was good on the Sonny and Cher Show. McEnroe was a spoiled brat.
