Ask Susan Peters Pet Food Review:
Have you ever boiled beef or chicken? When the stew is finished which do you have more of? Beef, chicken or water? If the first three ingredients in a pet food make up 75% of the pet food ingredients why is it that water needs to be 25%?``
The second ingredients is "animal" liver. Liver from which animal? Beef, chicken, pork, fish? Hmmm... Just an "animal". Would saying, 'animal' be the same as saying, "We don't know what we have included in our product as meat"? Must be what Fancy Feast is saying...Fancy Feast, Purina, has a Class Action filed against them for not letting the public know the exact truth in what is included in this company's pet food. Hmmm, sounds like the same reason for the infamous pet food recalls of 2007.
Well, by now you know what the effects of wheat gluten (concentrated wheat) are to a small pet. If you own a cat or dog and feed them a pet food with corn, wheat, or soy....you might as welll feed your little friends a small bowl of antifreeze. Not good for a pet, you say? Corn, wheat and soy are cheap fillers pet food companies include in their products to reduce production costs. Corn, wheat, and soy are killers to cats and dogs. Don't thing corn, wheat, or/and soy are killers? How many pets (dogs and cats) do you see raiding farmers fields or rice paddys?
Bad cat food, I'm tell 'n ya"!!
